Holiday-Let Cleaning & Changeovers

Prepare your property for its next guests with O’care Services Ltd. We offer holiday-let and serviced-apartment changeover cleaning across Newcastle, Gateshead and nearby Northumberland.

Our service includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bins emptied into the property’s designated bins, bed changes using your clean linen, fresh towels and restocking owner-supplied essentials.

We finish with a visual check, completion photos and a report of any visible damage or missing items. Regular changeovers and backup cover are subject to availability.

Request a tailored quote with your property postcode, bedroom and bathroom count, and preferred dates. Laundry, deep cleaning and additional tasks are quoted separately.
